COURSE PAYMENT POLICIES

*Physical presence of a teacher at location depends on minimum amount of registrations.

Course payments
All registrations must be paid in full before the start of the course.

Installment payments:  

All students have the option to pay in two installments:
1st payment- on the day of registration 
2nd payment on the same day the following month.

Discounts
Discounts are valid only for "Kabbalah 1, 2 & 3" courses (seminars, lectures, live-streaming, and ongoing classes not included):
-  Early bird discount 10% - available for Kabbalah 1, 2 & 3- all registrations up to 3 weeks before the beginning of the course.
-  Students - 35%
-  Disabled - 25%
- Senior citizens 25% (women from age 60, men from age 65)
- 2nd family member - 10%
- 3rd family member - 15%
- Repeating a course (POK 1,2,3 )- 50%

Refunds Courses:

The Kabbalah Centre will issue a full refund (less registration fees) with cancellation notice given prior to the start of the course. After the start of the course, cancellation notice should be discussed with a representative from the Kabbalah Centre.
LKS ("The Living Kabbalah System"):
Refunds for LKS will be issued when cancelation is given prior to the sending of the links. After links are sent, there will be no refund or credit.

Shipping and Return Policies

Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are currently shipped within 2 - 3 working days during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM GMT, excluding holidays). If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted within two business days.
Please note: We are sorry but we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Duties and Taxes
International customers may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches their country. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. The Kabbalah Centre and its services providers have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Contact your local customs for additional information.

Order Tracking
We currently do not provide automatic tracking number confirmation for all orders

Special Shipping Notes for International Shipping: Royal Mail Recorded Service can only be used for orders up to 2kg and books up to 5 kg. This service does not ship to African Countries, Asian Countries and Middle East Countries.

Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges
Cancellation should be made within 24 hours of the original order. New, unopened items returned within 30 days of delivery (with a receipt) will be fully refunded. Please allow approximately 30 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our location.
If you are exchanging an unopened item, please see the return instructions (located in your shipment) for more details. Please note, you must confirm the return via the phone first before you return in the post. Replacement items will be shipped within five business days upon receipt. The Kabbalah Centre will send exchange items via the original shipping method once the item has arrived at our location. Please note that only unopened items are entitle for returns/exchanges.

Defective/Damaged Products
All defective products may be returned within 30 days for a replacement or a refund. To return a defective/damaged product, please see the attached return instructions for more details. 

Zohar 23 Volume Set  Return
A set of The Zohar in its original packaging may be returned for a full refund (shipping not included) within 30 days from the date of delivery. If the shrink wrap is broken on one volume, The Zohar may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery, for a partial refund (£50.00 will be deducted from the original payment). No refund will be given for used or opened Zohars that do not qualify for the conditions above.
